Sunny is hands down the best realtor! From the very beginning, she listened to what I wanted and made it happen. She never pressured me into anything that didn’t make sense for my finances or my future. I’m beyond grateful she helped me purchase my first home! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We found Sunny at a rough time for us; we had been house searching for a while with a different realtor. It felt like we were doing so much work, but things kept falling through. We needed something different, so we started looking for a new realtor. From day one, Sunny was amazing; she was so optimistic and knowledgeable about the housing market and processes. We started touring houses, and each one was better than the next. Sunny gave us great advice, and never held back her honest opinions! As a first-time home-buyer, Sunny really walked us through each step and made sure we knew what was happening and what needed to be done yet. We closed yesterday, and couldn't be happier!

I could go on and on all day about how wonderful Sunny and her team are. She worked tirelessly to help us sell our home, and even after we moved across the country and could no longer maintain the house between showings- Sunny went every time to tidy up and keep things clean. Not to mention with the cold weather, she went over to the house to drip our faucets and took care of our thermostat. Aside from all of that, Sunny is one of the kindest, sweetest, most loving people I’ve ever met!! Not only would we use her again if we ever moved back to Georgia, but I hope to keep a lifelong friendship with this sweet gem of a woman! Plus she’s like really, REALLY pretty! 🤩
